Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mentor Orchard, we value your time and are committed to delivering high-quality mentorship services. We also respect the time and expertise our mentors dedicate to each session.
To honor their commitment and to ensure a sustainable experience for all, we’ve established the following cancellation and refund policy for sessions, programs, and any paid offerings on our platform.

Cancellation by Client:

All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for client canceled or missed sessions.

If the session is more than 96 hours away, clients can reschedule the session by clicking the Reschedule link in their confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to mentor availability.

Reschedule requests with less than 96 hours' notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture without refund.

Cancellation by Mentor:

If a session is canceled by the Mentor or the Mentor is a No Show, you have the option to reschedule with the same or another mentor. If it is within a package, you will also be offered the option to transfer what remains of your package to another mentor.
