I have a student in my classroom that has ADHD and I just could NOT figure out how to help him. I gave him breaks, I gave him rewards, I called his parents, I called admin, I tried talking to him one on one but nothing felt like a permanent solution and it was derailing the whole class.

I heard Ollie on a podcast and I immediately booked a meeting with him. He really listened to me and he helped me develop a battle plan. The following week, I was able to talk to the student one on one and really understand what was going on. We set a daily milestone and the student and I were genuinely actually excited every time he met that milestone!

I feel like this is just the beginning and I'm looking forward to my next meeting with Ollie so I can continue to help this student because I know it'll help me get better at supporting other neurodivergent students. Thanks Ollie!
